1. About ChannelCheck

ChannelCheck is an independent service designed to help users discover, organize, explore and analyze YouTube channels and publicly available information associated with them.

ChannelCheck is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.

2. Use of YouTube Data

ChannelCheck uses the YouTube Data API Services and may process publicly available YouTube metadata, including information about channels and videos, in accordance with applicable YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Developer Policies.

Use of ChannelCheck is also subject, where applicable, to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

3. ChannelCheck Analysis and Derived Information

ChannelCheck may create its own classifications, topic inventories, summaries, analytical indicators and other derived information based on publicly available data. Such information is generated independently by ChannelCheck and is not supplied, approved, or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

Analytical results are provided for informational and discovery purposes and may contain errors or become outdated.

4. Acceptable Use

Users may use ChannelCheck for lawful informational, research and discovery purposes. Users must not use the service in a way that violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights, interferes with the operation of the service, or violates applicable YouTube or Google terms and policies.

5. Availability and Changes

ChannelCheck is currently provided as a free service. Features, availability and these Terms of Service may be changed as the project develops. No guarantee is made that the service will be continuously available or error-free.

6. Third-Party Services

ChannelCheck may provide links or references to YouTube and other third-party services. Use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

7. Limitation of Responsibility

ChannelCheck provides analytical and discovery information on an as-is basis. Users remain responsible for how they interpret and use the information provided by the service.
